I just moved in I really can't rate, but the move in experience was easy.

Fantastic customer service! Gate code wouldn't work for me, customer service got me in quickly. Also customer service reservation for same day was smooth, and paperwork and payment was done online, which is nice. Nice,clean facility. Had a welcome packet on the wall with a magnet, pen and coupons for you and a friend. Nice touch! Excellent! Business should be conducted this way.

Was told I wasn't allowed on property after moving my stuff into the unit. A 10x30 unit to be exact, meaning that I had just moved alot of stuff into the unit just to turn around and move it all again. She was very rude and disrespectful due to never auctioning off my stuff like she said. While I was moving out I had a friend there to help me and she told him the very same thing. I don't know if she just says that to everyone or what.

Just moved my furniture into my storage unit. It was easy getting in and out. The facility looked very well kept up. There's a gated entrance so you feel like your belongings are extra safe.

The manager helped us today, and she was super friendly. She laughed and joked with us the whole time she was getting our unit. My fiancé even asked for a different unit so we were closer to the office and she was quick to switch us. Not to mention, out of the places I called, this one was the cheapest. There is a gate where the units are, and you can only get in with a code, which gave us more peace of mind.

Everything is fair but forcing a customer to sign a non negotiable agreement to auction off property they dont or cant afford to lose , thats the only thing i want them to be more nicer about, there is two types of storage use , dire situations and non dire situations hopefully that can be understood in the future and the policys change

After calling about 5 other storage facilities that would not answer the phone, Storage Sense answered the phone, reserved my unit in less than 5 minutes. I arrived that afternoon and had contract signed and unloading my items in under 20 mins.

I got my storage and the code didnt work I got stuck inside for hours. Called multiple times no answer. After 2 hours got someone on the call center they gave me an emergency code to get out and it didn't work. The call center couldn't get a hold of the worker the manager the district manager or anyone else. They really dont care about customer service. Every time I go to the office there seems to be an emergency and no one is there they are gone and its closed.
